Easy difficulty tours are suitable for cyclists who ride approximately 5.000 km per year.
For this easy rider level tour, we will ride at least 60 km a day with a daily elevation of approximately 800 metres.

DAY 1
Upon arrival at the airport you will be greeted by a Routa a Ruota representative. We will then transport you to your hotel in Lucca that will host you for the duration of your stay. After you check in and later that same day we will all meet at our nearby headquarters where a warm welcome awaits you, we will allocate you your bike and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a correct bike fit. In the evening we will all meet together at a local restaurant and sample the local Tuscan cuisine, enjoy getting to know each other, and chat about the exciting days ahead.
DAY 2 - DAY 3 - DAY 4 - DAY 5 - DAY 6
Morning:
The daily destinations are listed below. We have chosen some of our most rewarding and popular cycling destinations together with some lesser known gems that us locals love to visit.Our local guides love to share their local knowledge with you pointing out local places of interest along the way and of course they know the best places to stop and admire the many stunning views and to take a souvenir photo.
At approximately half way we will reward ourselves with a café stop where we can sample the best local cappuccinos and cake. The scenic second leg of the journey will take us back in to Lucca where again we will all stop for a post ride coffee and chat, and you will be given a briefing of the following days itinerary.
Afternoon:
This is your free time to do as you wish. You will always have a Routa a Routa courtesy city bike available to move around and explore our wonderful city.
LEISURE ACTIVITIES.
Routa a Routa have compiled an extensive list of some of the best and most authentic local places of interest and local activities that we recommend visiting during your stay with us. From wine tasting to authentic Italian cooking classes, to exploring the breath taking marble caves of Carrara, there is an activity to suit all tastes. Click on he link below to our ‘feel good’ page and simply choose which activities you’d like to participate in and when, let us know, and we will book it for you. (not included in package price)
Evening:
We will organize group dinners where we can all dine together and enjoy and evening of good food and build friendships.
For those who prefer to dine alone or with their family, we will be on hand to advise and recommend the best restaurants where you can taste the authentic Tuscan and Lucca cuisine.
DAY 7
Unfortunately, the time of your departure has arrived. If there is time before you need to leave for the airport, then in the morning we will do a final ride of about 40 km, again if there is time we will take a cappuccino and celebrate the wonderful days we have rode together and the fantastic sights we have seen.
Afterwards, our transport will take you to the airport where your return flight awaits.
